On this site you will find information about the various restaurants of Mise en Place Holding, which is the name of our umbrella company. Mise en Place consists of three restaurants: CILO City Lounge downtown, Le Bistro in Paseo Herencia Mall and Papillon across from the Radisson Resort. In September 2011 Mise en Place Holding opened in Palm Beach Plaza Mall next to the Marriott: Taste of Belgium Restaurant.

Although very different from each other, all our restaurants have one thing in common: an ongoing quest for happy guests. Happy guests is what Mise en Place is all about!
